And this is again the 1970s that rage in fashion today. Most likely the fashion wants freedom, revolutions, and it tactfully shows us this direction in the image.

Hippie, folk, grunge, fringes, ponchos, rough boots, and a relatively short length - this mix called “Coachella girl” (Coachella - coastal region of California, USA).
